Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your treatment you will not be charged.  If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the day of treatment will loose your £20 deposit. When you make a booking, you will be contacted to pay the £20 deposit fee in order to complete your booking.
